SERVICE DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Magnifique salon is a family owned, small local business that only has a limited number of appointments available.

The time allocated to your appointment is reserved for you. When you book an appointment at Magnifique Salons we guarantee you this time with one of our highly skilled master stylists who will go above and beyond to look after you and take care of your hair needs.

As a guest, when you book an appointment, you will be required to secure your appointment via Card Capture or Upfront Deposit. The details are as follows;

  • Card Capture details to confirm appointments for existing clients
  • 50% booking fee for all new clients. Cancellations within 24 hours of appointment, will forfeit deposit
  • 100% of service charge for no shows

Your deposit is not an additional charge. It will be held on your account for your booking and then will be deducted from your final bill.

Please be aware that the only way you would ever lose your deposit, is if you cancel your scheduled appointment within 24 hours or don’t show up for your appointment. In the event you do not show to your appointment, you will charged 100% of the value of your appointment and future bookings will require an upfront deposit of 50%.

To ensure the return of your deposit, please advise Magnifique Salon, at least, 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule, otherwise, you will forfeit your deposit. This minimum cancellation period will give your stylist a good opportunity to fill your vacated appointment.

If you are using a gift voucher, 100% of the service will be charged if the cancellation is received with less than 24 hours notice.

Last minute cancellations do have a significant impact on Magnifique Salon, our guests and our team. We have found that the deposit policy is the fairest way of managing commitment to appointments, and it also has the added benefit of keeping our costs down for all our wonderful guests.

Booked services cannot be cancelled on arrival to your appointment.

For your ease, Magnifique Salon will send a confirmation text of your appointment 7 days prior. Please note: it is an automated text and will require a confirmation via card capture to secure your appointment. These will come from Fresha.

Magnifique Salon reserve the right to cancel all appointments where a confirmation has not been received or deposit taken.

Our highly trained master stylists provide professional hair colour results using the best products available. That’s why we highly recommend you use the recommended home hair care products tailored to your hair. We cannot guarantee lasting results otherwise!

In the very unlikely scenario that you come across a problem with the service you received, we aim to work with you towards a solution. You MUST contact Magnifique Salons within 7 days, as per the Small Business recommendations.

Magnifique Salon offer interest free payment options through Afterpay and Zip. AMEX is also accepted.
