SERVICE BOOKING FEE AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Magnifique salon is a family owned, small local business that only has a limited number of appointments available.
The time allocated to your appointment is reserved for you. When you book an appointment at Magnifique Salons we guarantee you this time with one of our highly skilled master stylists who will go above and beyond to look after you and take care of your hair needs.
As a guest, when you book an appointment, you will be required to pay a booking fee. The details of deposits are as follows;
- $30 deposits for cuts, blowdrys, and styling
- $50 deposits for tint colours, toning and semi colour packages
- $100 deposits for all foil work, keratin smoothing treatments, chemical straightening services and large colour corrections
Your booking fee is not an additional charge. It will be held on your account for your booking and then will be deducted from your final bill or carried over to your next booking.
Please be aware that the only way you would ever lose your booking fee, is if you cancel your scheduled appointment within 24 hours or don’t show up for your appointment. In the event you do not show to your appointment, you will be required to to pay 100% of your next appointment upfront.
To ensure the return of your booking fee, please advise Magnifique Salon, at least, 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or reschedule, otherwise, you will forfeit your booking fee. This minimum cancellation period will give your stylist a good opportunity to fill your vacated appointment.
If you are using a gift voucher, 50% of the voucher will be charged if the cancellation is received with less than 24 hours notice.
Last minute cancellations do have a significant impact on Magnifique Salons, our guests and our team. We have found that the booking fee policy is the fairest way of managing commitment to appointments, and it also has the added benefit of keeping our costs down for all our wonderful guests.
Booked services cannot be cancelled on arrival to your appointment.
For your ease, Magnifique Salons will send a confirmation text of your appointment 5 days prior. Please note: it is an automated text and will require a confirmation reply to secure your appointment.
Magnifique Salons reserve the right to cancel all appointments where a booking fee has not been made or appointments are not confirmed.
Our highly trained master stylists provide professional hair colour results using the best products available. That’s why we highly recommend you use the recommended home hair care products tailored to your hair. We cannot guarantee lasting results otherwise!
In the very unlikely scenario that you come across a problem with the service you received, we aim to work with you towards a solution. You MUST contact Magnifique Salons within 7 days, as per the Small Business recommendations.
Magnifique salons offer complimentary consultations, available Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
Magnifique Salon offer interest free payment options through Afterpay and Zip. AMEX is also accepted.
